Monuments and signs without an invented pantheon
What we know about Garamantian beliefs
The tombs, the figures and some inscriptions offer indications of religious practices, but not a complete list of their gods.

Generated reconstruction · Declared visual hypothesis
Declared visual reconstruction; not a photograph of the original nor documentary evidence.
History and context
Diverse tombs, figurines and possible inscriptions allow investigation of symbolic practices without knowing a complete list of deities.
Architectural or graphic resemblance connects repertoires, but does not prove the shared meaning that a visual reconstruction might suggest.
Evidence and interpretation
Documented fact: Cemeteries, grave goods, figurines and signs are recorded in contexts of varying quality. Interpretation and caution: Do not assign divine names, priesthoods or direct Egyptian influence from pyramidal form or distant analogy.

What an offering table can reveal
The study of the so-called Royal Cemetery documented large offering tables and stelae in front of monuments coated with plaster. These installations added an accessible and prepared front to the burial, different from the enclosed space where the remains lay. The arrangement allows investigation of how the monument maintained a relationship with later visitors. The 2011 work compared a large tomb at GSC030 with smaller ones at GSC031 and systematically recorded the external pieces. That comparison offers a basis for studying ritual and social differences through concrete material elements.
