  • Additional insights with cross-checked sources, accounts from other cultures and commentary on their interpretation.
  • An automatic narrated tour of the on-screen 3D museum, with pause and resume; speech is adapted to the profile.
  • Organise private visits for adult patrons, with questions and teams.
  • Access the Prehistory conversation pilot when the service is enabled and your profile is eligible.

There are also manually issued invitations with an expiry date. An invitation creates no payments and does not renew automatically.

What we want to incorporate

Characters and companions

Unlimited conversations with all characters are a goal for the future plan. The current pilot is not that service: it covers only Prehistory and has daily limits. Veritas and Aletheia will be companions in a later phase.

A Patron discount is planned for when the shop opens. Purchases and redeemable discounts are not currently available. You do not need to subscribe today to sign up when those features become available.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before deciding

Does creating an account subscribe me to Patron?

No. The account is free. To subscribe, you must explicitly accept the monthly charge and complete payment through Stripe once subscriptions are enabled.

Where can I find the interesting facts?

Look inside exhibit entries that include additional verified information. Your access is checked on the server. Without Patron access, you can still read the entire main entry and its sources.

What happens when my access ends?

You keep your account, visits and free access to the collections. Patron benefits are no longer available. Manually granted access does not renew or create charges on its own. If you cancel through Stripe, your paid period remains valid until it ends, unless there is a refund or payment issue.

Can I chat with all the characters?

Not yet. A pilot for the nine Prehistory characters exists in the enabled environment. Your dashboard shows whether you have access. Other characters and avatars are still in development. Do not send personal information in conversations.

Does Patron enable conversations for minors?

No. Patron access does not replace a guardian’s permission. AI conversations for minors remain blocked in the pilot until appropriate verification is in place.

How will it be charged and how can it be cancelled?

Stripe handles the €3 monthly charge. Under “Manage subscription and invoices” you can update your card, view invoices and cancel before the next charge. Standard cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If subscriptions are shown as disabled, you cannot start one yet.
